William H. Goetsch

William “Bill” H. Goetsch, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on October 5, 2025. He was born on July 17, 1965 to Larry and Joan (Hornburg) Goetsch in Oconomowoc.

Bill is survived by his son, Mike “Philly” (Monica Schmitt) Phillips; his significant other, Debra Young; his sister and brother, Julie (Jerrie) Boyer and Robert Soleska; his beloved cat, Miss Kitty; and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Jane Fenno.

Bill loved being outdoors, riding his Harley, snowmobiling, cruising his boat, and going to the family cabin up north. He had a passion for RC trucks and planes, racing, crawling, and flying them any chance he could. He loved going to see live music and supporting local bands. Bill was incredibly outgoing. He loved meeting new people, brought people together, and took great care of everyone he could, putting others needs before his own. Bill had great faith in God and would always say how blessed he was. He is loved and will be missed by many.

A Celebration of Life will be planned in the near future.
