Virginia A. Teuteberg

It is with great sadness that the family of Virginia “Ginny” A. Teuteberg (nee Winkelman) of Pewaukee announce she passed away peacefully on Monday April 21, 2025, at the age of 87 at Angels Grace in Oconomowoc, WI.

Ginny was born to Reinhold and Nellie (nee Bierman) Winkelman on the family farm.

Ginny will be deeply missed by her daughters Sandy (Harold “Skip”) Anderson, Cindy DeBrozzo, grandson Tony (fiancé Caitlyn) Debrozzo and sister Charlene Weed. She is also further survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Ginny was preceded in death by her loving husband Neil, her parents, sister Shirley Liebenthal and brother Robert.

Ginny in her younger days was the local egg lady, delivering eggs on her way to and at Pewaukee school. She also spent many years as a crossing guard in Pewaukee, she was very dedicated to safety of the kids. She even had special names for each one. She would give a boy’s name to the girl’s and vice versa with the boys. To this day when one of them would see her out, they would reminisce about the names they were given and how nice she was to all of them and that she made their day.

The family gives special thanks to her care givers and staff at Angels Grace for all their help in moms passing.

In honoring Ginny’s wishes, the family will remember her life privately.
