Virginia M. Creegan

Virginia (Ginny) M. Creegan (nee Blaubach) passed away on November 28, 2025, in Pewaukee, WI.

Ginny was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to all. Born on October 29, 1931, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Ginny brought kindness and joy to everyone she met. She is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband and best friend, Darrell; oldest son Dennis; and lifelong “besties”, Bev and Lee Heun.

Ginny devoted herself to family, church, and helping others. A long-time Menomonee Falls resident, she touched many during her 28 years of volunteerism at Community Memorial Hospital. Her easy smile and gentle spirit were always comforting and uplifting.

Her family fondly remembers her presence at innumerable kids' and grandkids’ sporting events and programs, and she never failed to compliment them on their efforts! Ginny (and Darrell) led by example, and that legacy lives on in the generations following.

Survived by her two sisters - Janet (Roger)Stephan, and Maryann Blaubach, her daughter Colleen (Jay) Walt, son Danny (Sara), daughter-in-law Tina Puglisi-Creegan, (6) grandchildren- Kelly (Chris), Jordan(Kristin), Caitlin(Ryan), Gina(Brian), Danielle(Bruno), Nick(Emma) and (13) great-grandchildren (+1 March 2026).

Her spirit will be greatly missed by all who had the fortune to know her, and the unconditional love that she poured into her family. She gave generously, asked for little, and lived each day with unshakeable faith and a quiet integrity. Her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.

The Family also thanks Kirkland Crossing for their care in Ginny’s final journey.

A Funeral Mass for Ginny will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Dr, Hartland, WI. Family and friends are invited to visit directly at the church from 10:00 am until 10:45 am.
