Sharon F. Stuettgen

Sharon F. Stuettgen, age 91 of Pewaukee, passed away on May 23, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was born on January 11, 1935 to William and Amelia (Stark) Hilger Sr. in Lannon, Wisconsin.

Sharon is survived by her husband of 71 years, Bernard; their children, Jeff (Colleen) Stuettgen, Gary (Yolonda) Stuettgen and Gerilyn Kleinwaechter; her grandchildren, Father Jared Kleinwaechter and Mitchell (Ann) Stuettgen; a great-granddaughter, Lainey Stuettgen; her sister, Rita Ferris; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosalie Johnson.

Sharon attended Messmer Catholic High School. Her love of music included singing in the church choir at St. Charles for 65 years. Sharon worked at St. Charles School as the school secretary. She volunteered at a nursing home facility for 18 years. Sharon loved dancing, which is where she met her husband. Sharon and Bernard enjoyed traveling, playing tennis and bowling.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Drive in Hartland. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

Memorials may be made in Sharon’s name to Pancreatic Cancer Research or St. Charles Parish.
