John J. Miller

John “Jim” Miller, age 58, passed away on March 23, 2026. He was born on January 27, 1968 in Waukesha, son of Carol Honeyager.

Jim is survived by his wife, Jenny; his parents-in-law, Lewis and Kathy Birkel; his brother-in-law, Tim (Brenda) Birkel; nieces, Abi and Hannah; and his aunt and uncle, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and two sisters.

Jim enjoyed stock car racing and was honored to drive a Nascar at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. He liked old cars and vintage camping. Jim loved all animals. He had such a kind heart, he wouldn’t even terminate a mouse. He was a great procrastinator and would “get to it tomorrow”.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Evert-Luko Funeral Home, 170 Warren Avenue in Hartland, with a Memorial Service at 3:30 p.m.
