Diane C. Kohr

Diane C Kohr, formerly of Pewaukee, passed away on October 31, 2026, at Alden Estates, Jefferson. Born October 12, 1942, to Daniel and Agnes (Weber) Bonk, Diane was raised in Milwaukee by her Auntie and Uncle, Francis and Harry Sokolowski.

She attended St. Casimir grade school and Riverside High School. Diane worked at Huffy Sports for 40 years. She was a member of the Pewaukee VFW Auxiliary for 49 years and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 30 years, holding many local and district offices. She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Hartland.

Diane was preceded in death by her first husband, David Buntrock, and her second husband, Donald J. Kohr, along with her granddaughter Heidi.

She is survived by her stepchildren, Don Kohr (Mary), Cheryl Claffey, and Linda (Mike) Weber; grandchildren: Brian (Ann) Kohr, Becky Briant, Lisa (Chad) Cummings, Rob Claffey, Jessica (Nate) Viste and Tim (Christen) Weber. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Many thanks to the staff at Alden Estates and Rainbow Hospice who cared for Diane over the last year along with her many friends and family who called and visited.

The memorial service for Diane will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Evert Luko Funeral Home, 170 Warren Ave, Hartland. Family and friends are invited to visit directly at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
