Clarene J. Daley, a faithful Christian, left us to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 17, 2025, at age 86. Clarene passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was a loving wife to her husband, Philip Daley, for 64 years.
Clarene was born in Ladysmith, WI, on June 19, 1939, the daughter of the late Rolf and Mildred (Madson) Dvergsdal. She was a long-time resident of Hartland, working as a beautician at The Avenue Salon. However, Clarene will best be remembered as a talented seamstress who owned and operated The Sewing Box.
Clarene is survived by her loving husband, Philip Daley; four children, Lisa Burgett, Chad Daley, Kimberly Daley, and Wanda Schroeter; six grandchildren, Nicole (Steve) Schroeder, Hannah Burgett (Trenten Miner), Allison Daley, Secret (Matt) Vander Galien, Story (Issac) Allison, and Soren Olsen; and ten great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her sister, Cheri (Gary) Peckham. Clarene had nicknames for all her children: Lisapiesa, Chadly, Kimmy, and Wanda-Catanda. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all her heart.
Clarene is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Royl Dvergsdal; and son in-law, Michael Burgett.
The memorial service for Clarene will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Evert-Luko Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to visit the funeral home directly from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
